InvoiceGenerator.st is a free, web-based tool that lets you create professional invoices quickly and easily. No sign-up required—just fill in the fields, download the PDF, and you're ready to go.

🔹 Invoice Creation

How do I create an invoice?

🔹Enter your company details: Name, address, phone, email.
🔹Fill out client details: Add recipient name, address, and phone.
🔹Add items: Click "+ Add Product" to include items, quantities, and unit prices.
🔹Apply taxes or credits (optional).
🔹Choose your currency from the drop-down list.
🔹Add PO number, invoice number, and date.
🔹Download your invoice by clicking “Generate PDF Invoice.”

Can I add multiple items?

Yes! Click the “+ Add Product” button for each new line item you need.

What currencies are supported?

You can select from 30+ global currencies including:
●GHS – Ghanaian Cedi
●NGN – Nigerian Naira
●USD – United States Dollar
●EUR – Euro
●GBP – British Pound
●ZAR, INR, JPY, CNY, CAD, AUD, and more.

Simply use the Currency drop-down menu at the top right to select your preferred currency. The invoice will automatically reflect the symbol (e.g. ₵, $, ₦).

🔹 Tax, Discount, and Credit

How do I apply tax to an invoice?

●In the summary section, enter a percentage in the “Tax (%)” field.
●The tax will be automatically calculated and added to the total.

How do I add a credit or discount?

●Use the “Credit” field in the summary box to subtract a specific amount from the subtotal.

🔹 Branding & Customization

Can I upload my logo?

Yes. Click the green “Upload Logo” button to add your company logo to the invoice.

Can I customize colors or fonts?

Not currently. The tool uses a clean, standardized format to ensure professional presentation.

🔹 PDF & Downloading

How do I download my invoice?

Click the green “Generate PDF Invoice” button at the bottom of the page. Your file will be automatically downloaded to your device.

Is the generated invoice printable?

Yes. The PDF format is fully printer-ready.

Is the invoice legally valid?

●Unique invoice number

Ensure you enter accurate information for compliance.

Why is my invoice total not updating?

Make sure:
●All item fields are correctly filled (Qty & Unit Price).
●No non-numeric characters are in the price or tax fields.

My currency symbol looks off—how can I fix this?

Double-check the Currency drop-down menu and select the correct format. Symbols update automatically.
